Ingredients
1 can minced clams
1 can chopped clams
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp oregano (finely chopped)
2 tsp basil (finely chopped)
4 oz Mozzarella cheese, diced/cubed
3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, lemon juice, oregano, basil, and cheese in a medium bowl.
  4. Add onion/garlic mixture to breadcrumb mixture and stir to combine.  Add in clams and juice from one can of clams (drain the other), and combine well.
  5. Bake in buttered casserole dish for 20 minutes.
