Easy Beef & Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg (10-12 oz) frozen corn
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c whole milk
1 c sour cream
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
3 Tbsp real bacon bits
6 c frozen seasoned bite-size potato nuggets
Directions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Drain meat mixture; return to skillet.
- Add corn, soup, milk, sour cream, dry seasonings and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with bacon bits.
- Place potato nuggets in single layer over meat mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 min. or until potatoes are lightly browned and meat mixture is heated through.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted
