Frozen Milkshake Pops

Ingredients
2 cups Tuscan whole milk
3 cups strawberries
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
a dash of salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Use a muddler or smash the strawberries to break them up a bit.
- In a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) pan, mix the strawberries and sugar together. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the juices are bubbling and slightly reduced. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the milk, roasted strawberry mixture, vanilla, and salt. Blend until strawberries are in small chunks, then pour the mixture into 8 ice pop molds. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until fully frozen.
