1/4 c buttermilk
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp white vinegar or white wine vinegar
1.5 tsp chopped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp dill weed
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
Whisk shallot, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Serve immediately or store up to 1 week covered in the refrigerator.
