Ingredients
kebab skewers
1 lb asparagus, cut into 1" lengths
1 red onion, sliced into wedges
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 lbs Boar's Head London Broil Top Round Roast Beef, dinner cut
8 oz Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced thick
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler on high.
  2. Toss asparagus and onions in olive oil; spread on a baking sheet.  Broil for 5 minutes, then flip vegetables and broil for another five minutes.  Repeat until the vegetables are softened and evenly charred, about 20 minutes.
  3. Once vegetables have cooled to the touch, begin threading on the kebab skewers, alternating with the meat and cheese.
