Preparation & Usage
How to prepare Makes About 9 Servings Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Bake Time: 20-22 Minutes 1 cup milk* *for Pareve muffins, substitute water for milk. 2 large eggs Medium size muffin pan Mixing bowl and mixer Directions Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease muffin cups. Mix Blend eggs and milk/water in mixing bowl. Empty contents of pouch into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Allow batter to stand for 10 minutes and mix again. Fill muffin cups ¾ full. Bake Bake at 425°F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove muffins from pan while still hot for easy release of muffins. For larger muffins, use a larger muffin pan. Fill cups until full and bake at 400°F for 32-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cholesterol Free Variation Use 4 egg whites and 1 cup water.
