Preparation & Usage
How to use: Have strainer and stopper in place before use 1. Pour stock through strainer, into separator. 2. Allow juices to settle for fat to rise to the top while broth settles below. 3. Once settled, remove strainer and stopper. 4. Pour broth through the spout until only fat remains in the separator. Quick tip ... Don't be quick to discard your leftover fat! save the fat in a container to flavor sautéed vegetables, soups and casseroles.
