Ingredients
4 Schweid burger patties
1 container guacamole
1 container pico de gallo
1/2 c jalapenos, sliced
4 hamburger buns
Directions
- Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat. Season patties lightly with salt and pepper.
- Grill patties 6-7 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Open buns and spread guacamole on bottom. Place burger on top of guacamole. Top with pico de gallo and jalapeno slices, and add top bun.
