Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, patted dry and seasoned with salt and pepper
4 Tbsp prepared pesto
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Spread pesto evenly over the top of fish.  Place foil on rimmed sheet pan and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the fish is done (it should be opaque).
