Preparation & Usage

Daily* usage instructions Read included instructions before using. 1. Shake Gently shake bottle and remove cap. 2. Prime Aim away from face. Pump bottle until mist appears. 3. Blow Blow nose gently into tissue. 4. Aim Close one nostril & insert nozzle tip into other nostril. 5. Breathe & Spray Sniff gently and press the actuator button. Once a light mist enters the nose, repeat in other nostril. *For best results, use daily while allergens are present. Check with a doctor after 6 months of regular use. You may start to feel relief the first day and full effect after several days of regular, once-a-day use Keep this label and enclosed materials. They contain important additional information.
